    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. Olympics minus the Kenyan team will not be the same. It is necessary to have this Bill because it is the only way we can have sanity in athletics. I come from Nandi County which is the home of champions. It is where the first individuals who raised the flag of Africa come from. Unless all of us address anti-doping issue, we will lose the most. We cannot have a situation where kids who are under 15 years are given some substance, so that they can be better than someone else."
