    "content": "I am happy with the penalties spelled out here. They should be enforced to the letter. For us to have a country where our athletes are free from doping, we have to enforce these penalties. That will deter them from doping. It will also make them mentors of our young people who will want to join athletics. Even if they are not athletes, they will keep away from drugs which are another major menace among our youth in this country."
