    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Bill and I will not repeat points that have been stated. This Bill is long overdue given the fact that institutions like the International Olympics Committee (IOC) which works with the World Anti-Doping Agency started the fight against doping in the 1960s. It considers the fight against doping a priority and has established a zero tolerance policy to combat cheating and punish the culprits. By passing this Bill, Kenya will be at par with the rest of the world because we will be effecting the World Anti-Doping Code and the UNESCO Convention Against Doping."
