    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to speak to this Bill. From the outset, I take this opportunity to salute Kenyan sportsmen and women who have consistently kept the flag of Kenya flying high particularly in the 3,000 metres steeplechase, which we have won for many years. I take this opportunity to salute people like Kipchoge Keino, Jipcho, Tergat, Komen, Kosgey, Julius Korir who won the Olympics in 1984, Moses Tanui and Ezekiel Kemboi who has always won gold in the 3,000 metres steeplechase, not forgetting the You-Tube man who trained for javelin.
