    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also support this Bill. We will need to do much more than what we are doing now. The problem is that those who take these drugs to increase their capacity for the short term may be the ones who are already in athletics, but in some places the habit starts with our young people and what they emulate. We set up the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alchohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA), but I noticed one thing which is very interesting; they do a lot of seminars in hotels but we have a lot of people down there in the villages who are addicts of various drugs and illicit brews. It is a very important Bill but for the future and posterity, we need to look at the matter in a much broader way. This is so that we are able to completely eradicate it until nobody talks about the issue of drugs in a country like this one. We want to achieve faster growth and we cannot achieve that with people being involved in illicit habits. With those few remarks, I support."
