    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to add my voice to this important Bill. Doping in sports is a major challenge as it is not only a threat to the integrity of sports, but it also puts athletes’ health at risk. This Bill seeks to protect the health of athletes and put in place coordinated effective mechanism to deter and prevent the use of prohibited substances. Many points have been said and I do not want to repeat, so I support. Thank you."
