    "content": "Those who stole from the NYS are clearly known. I want to speak to the possibility that this country, in the next five years, will not be able to repay our loans. I want to explain. First, if you look at our Estimates of the 2014/2015 Financial Year, the repayment was Kshs362 billion. This financial year, it is going to be Kshs433 billion, an increase of Kshs71 billion in one year. That is a 20 per cent increase. Five years from today, this country will only be able to repay the public debt capital and interest. I want to add that the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is struggling to meet its revenue targets. This year alone, we are likely to fall short of that target by Kshs135 billion because of the slowed economic growth. The President then comes and tells the people of Kenya that we have a robust economy. The President needs to be told the truth. If he is being misled by the National Treasury, we need to tell him the truth."
