    "content": "Secondly, before I make any further comment, I want to applaud the Speaker for the manner in which he handled issues in the House that day. As a leader, I am happy with what the President outlined. One key thing that came out is that the Government waived examination fees for students in our schools. That in itself was helpful to the poor person who is not able to raise examination fees. This is something that goes down in history. It trickles down to the very poor person who is assisted in this manner. We will witness poor students completing school and sitting for exams simply because of that kind Government policy."
