    "content": "Secondly, electricity has been spread all over the country. In a single year, about 1.2 million homes have been connected to the national grid. This is something that was not there before. The rate at which electricity is being connected to households in the rural areas is the highest in the history of Kenya. This is of great concern to our people. In my Bungoma County, almost all markets, for example, Kamukuywa Market, can now run for 24 hours simply because there is electricity. The local people can do their business for 24 hours if they wish. That is something great."
