    "content": "The Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) is going to improve the economy by a very big percentage. I am a Member of the Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing and we inspected that project. There is a lot going on there. Many Kenyans have been employed and there is a lot of technology transfer. Some Kenyans are going to be trained in China. This will improve our economy in a big way and we hope by the end of it, this country will not be the same. For over 100 years, no railway has been built. This is going to be the first one and by July 2017, we are going to see the first railway wagons plying Mombasa to Nairobi. With those few remarks, thank you very much."
