I am sure every household in Kenya has benefitted from the waived exam fees. It is not only benefitting Members of the Jubilee Government, but also Members of the Opposition. In fact, most children who benefit from this waiver of exam fees come from the western side of Kenya. We know that Central Kenya has fewer students because of the problems they had recently."
