    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Allow me to join my colleagues in congratulating the President for his Speech on the State of the Nation Address. I want to thank the President for the way he composed himself despite some of our colleagues trying to derail him from reading his Speech. The President smiled and took it easy and addressed the nation from this Chamber. I want to start where my colleague, Mhe. Kaluma, has just left. I want to tell him Kenya remains one State. There are no federal states in this country."
