Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is the responsibility of the President, as the leader of this nation and as the man who is supposed to bring this country together, to focus on national cohesion. It is a very important thing. Any other thing can be done by any other government agencies including - now that we now have devolution - county governments. They can develop their areas. The President must take the first step to make sure that this country lives cohesively."
