    "content": "I believe from the Speech that the President gave both him and the Deputy President are visionary leaders. That is why they go all over the country assuring the citizens of this country of their mandate. There are many shortfalls but I want to congratulate the Government because of fighting insecurity. In my own constituency and county we have suffered insecurity but for the last 18 months we have had peace. Our people can now move from one county to another. There is a lot of peace and we can see this from what is evident in the constituency and there is room for improvement."
