I want to thank the President and his deputy for waiving the exam fees and for the health management systems which we are going to get in all the constituencies. I think he was right on track when he talked about governors and corruption. In my county we have a problem. We cannot get medical equipment for the Meru Level 5 Hospital because the governor insists he does not have space for it. He goes on and says he has got equipment for the same hospital whereas we need that equipment. When we talk about alleviating cancer, we cannot do it when we do not have the equipment.
