    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to add my voice to the ongoing debate. I thank His Excellency the President for his Speech, which was useful to the country. He touched on many issues that concern Kenyans. When it came to agriculture he never said a lot. This country depends on agriculture, especially Bungoma where I come from. The agriculture industry is in a bad state currently, especially the sugar industry. We need a lot of help from the Government. I know that the Government has helped Mumias Sugar Company to ensure that farmers there have been paid. They have been out of pocket for a long time."
