    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to persuade this hon. House, particularly hon. Mungatana, who is a distinguished lawyer in his own right; that the words of temperament that we have used in this Bill are addressing Paragraphs 213, 214 and 215 of the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct. These principles have, in fact, incorporated Kenya’s own Code of Conduct for judges. They have incorporated the codes of conducts of judicial officers in the entire world. Therefore, if we leave them out, we will be leaving a window. I think our judges should be subjected to this process as necessary."
