    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the citizen who has raised this issue. There are some regulations that are supposed to be followed by Government agencies particularly in parastatals. If it is true that if someone resigns and is appointed after three months, is it solicited or a priori? I think it is good to look at this petition and its merits. Mr. Speaker, Sir, almost two years ago, the Government passed a law whereby nobody is allowed to sit in a board if he or she is working with another Government agency. If you are moving from a university to a parastatal, there is a provision for that by science-based institutions and also in the Ministries of Education and Health. We need to look at the merits carefully so that we do not bring disgruntlement in the systems operating with parastatals.
