"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget regarding the financing of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu County. In the Statement, the Chairperson should explain:- (1) Why the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga teaching and Referral Hospital has not been receiving its full conditional grants since 2013. (2) What the Government is doing to ensure that the hospital is properly financed to effectively deliver its services. STATUS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SENATE RECOMMENDATIONS ON KENYA AIRWAYS"
