    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, finally, with your permission, I would also like to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation regarding delayed public works at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu County. In that Statement, the Chairperson should explain:- (1) Why there has been delay for over two years in implementing public works projects at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu County. (2) Why the officers of the Public Works Department in Kisumu consistently fail to supervise the projects at the institution. KENYA’S PARTICIPATION IN OPEN GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP"
