    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order 45 (2) (b), I seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Health regarding the death of a newborn baby girl; Stella Adhiambo Owino, born to Mrs. Elizabeth Adhiambo at Nakuru Level Five Hospital. In the Statement, the Chairperson should:- 1. Give a comprehensive report on the circumstances surrounding the death of the infant at Nakuru Level Five Hospital. 2. State the circumstances that led to the disappearance and eventual death of the said baby in the hands of the hospital nurse. Thank you."
