    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the conclusion by the Chair of the Committee is something that I find very unacceptable. I think it is unnecessary for the Committee to again invite the same governor to discuss the audit. The issue before this House is to invite those institutions like the EACC and others and to demand action to be taken on the recommendations that have already been made by the select committee and not to go through a whole process of trying to speak to the same Governor where the select committee of this House has already determined a wrong doing. Mr. Speaker, Sir, why would we want to repeat the same exercise by inviting the Governor to go through the same motions again in clarifying issues that have already been clarified?"
