For those brothers who have decided to go, when they get there, let them ask the issues that have been raised in this report. I know Sen. (Prof.) Lesan said he had to go because of one reason or another. Therefore, we are sending him to go with this report and ask the governors where they got the authority to take money from the county governments all over the Republic and spent it in their own self-aggrandizement projects."
