We have established a tradition in this House where when matters are weighty as these are, we normally request the Chairperson of the Committee to invite the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the line Ministry to come to the Committee of the Whole. Will I be in order to request that you consider asking the Chairperson to invite the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Devolution and National Planning as well as the Chairman of the CoG, so that they could shed light on these important matters that need clarifications?"
