    "content": "The Kenya Power gave a grant of Kshs26million, LapTrust gave Kshs6.7million and the World Vision gave Kshs5 million. It is surprising that some of these institutions can go ahead and do this before checking that the institution is getting a lot of funding. The Kshs 1.3 billion in three years is about Kshs40 million a month. Therefore, for an institution whose role is simply to provide coordination and facilitative role for the counties, to spend Kshs40 million monthly is waste of money."
