"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to seek clarification on two matters very quickly. How many such cases have occurred? We are just seized of these two cases because Sen. Mositet brought them out. However, it would be useful to understand the level of human being-animal conflict in this region. Secondly, obviously the measures do not seem to be working. Could we get more clarification on more dynamic measures that they intend to put in place to ensure that such cases do not happen again? We do not need to have even a single person losing their life. It is not about compensation here, but the loss of life. Could we have clear measures, whether it is clear demarcation, use of electric fences or something definite so that we can be assured that such incidents do not recur?"
