    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to clarify that we are aware that the accident involving the child took place on the 6th March, 2016. So, on the 24th February, 2016, when this Compensation Committee met, the child was alive. What I said in response was that both the relatives and the guardian of this child have been identified. They have been given claim forms to fill and they have done that. What I said is that we hope that at the next meeting of this Compensation Committee, the case of the child will be discussed and the recommendations made. However, in the case of the adult, Mr. Saitoti, recommendation has already been made to pay compensation to the tune of Kshs5 million, in accordance with the law.
