    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I said is that after the first incident involving Mr. Saitoti Santam, the committee went on to meet and discuss his compensation claim. They made a recommendation that he be paid an amount to the tune of Kshs5 million. Subsequently, there was the case of the child on the 6th March, 2016. The relatives of the child has been given the forms to fill, which they have done and the committee at its next meeting will consider the issue of compensation for the child.
