    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I listened to the statement by Sen. Murungi. All of us should take it very seriously. I am shocked by the statement by the Senate Minority Leader. This is not a small issue that can be thrown around by blaming Jubilee or any other person. Sen. Murungi has stood up for his county. He has said that the people of Meru are suffering because of a governor who has a big ego who has refused to accept this equipment. What shocks me about Sen. Wetangula’s submission is that, despite all he has said, I have never heard him condemn his governor for accepting the equipment. In the first instance, I would have expected him to stand out at his place and condemn his governor for accepting the equipment regardless of everything else.
