    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the purpose of this is that we are providing that once the Board has conducted its inquiry or investigation into the conduct of any of the judicial officers, they should have a limited period of 30 days within which to inform the concerned judge or magistrate in writing of their determination and the reason for that determination. To leave it otherwise, is to actually give the Board a blank cheque. They can even stay for six months. So, we want to make this provision as certain as possible for all the parties who will be involved."
