    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in Kirinyaga County, 70 per cent of her land is arable. It is suitable for farming. Some of the produce from here is sold to earn foreign exchange. The foreign exchange is partly retained in the county and the rest is released to the national kitty. That is why I am saying 70 per cent of whatever is earned in Kirinyaga County will be contributed to the national kitty. There are many other counties which produce cash crops."
