    "content": "THAT, the shortage of teachers in public schools in Tigania West area has led to poor performance; THAT, efforts to resolve the matter with Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Teachers Service Commission have been futile; THAT, the issues in respect of which this Petition is made are not pending before any court of law, constitutional or statutory bodies. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, recommends that the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in conjunction with the Teachers Service Commission gazettes Tigania West Constituency as a hardship area. And your Petitioners will forever pray."
