    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to join the Vice- Chairperson of the Committee in supporting the proposed amendment. The new Constitution requires very high standards of integrity and dignity. Some of the people serving right now will not be able to meet these criteria. Therefore, it would be very important for these people to prepare to leave, and we should recognize their long service in our courts of law. I very strongly support the amendment."
