Aluoch, since you are a Member of the Committee you should raise the matter in the Committee so that you can get a definite date when the Attorney-General or whomever they may desire to depute to appear before the Committee and discuss whatever issues, misgivings or concerns they may have so that you can proceed to the next level. You should be able to discuss before the Committee some of the issues that Hon. Chepkong’a has raised among others. So, proceed and discuss it and let the proposal proceed."
