    "content": "On health, the President talked about how we are getting free maternal healthcare. This is an issue that was devolved to the counties and yet it was presented here. The free maternal healthcare is supposed to be presented by the counties and paid for by the national Government. We are all aware that there is fight between the national Government and the county governments. They are arguing on how much money is owed for the maternal healthcare. So, Kenyans continue to suffer and Kathiani people are saying that there is a problem there. Instead of giving money to county governments to run healthcare, the Government went ahead and did procurement worth billions of shillings for them. That also shows that there is a problem with management of healthcare."
