    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. You know the truth is always bitter but let us stick to it. The fact is that all of us know that there will be no Government which will go down in history for having implemented many projects especially in the rural areas. Looking at the rural areas especially where I come from, I am aware that even in the opposition areas, the roads, which have never been done since God created this world now, have murram. At least, Wanjiku, Atieno and Chebet wherever they are have seen a road they never thought of seeing before they died."
