    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also rise to support the State of the Nation address by His Excellency the President. Before I give my contributions, I want to comment on what has been said by other speakers who have spoken before me. The Deputy Leader of the Minority Party insinuated that only two tribes occupy majority of the posts in the Government. I want to make it very clear that the Jubilee Government inherited the Civil Service. In fact, they have recruited people in very few posts, like the Cabinet, the Principal Secretaries (PSs) and the ambassadors.
