    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for this opportunity to comment on the President’s Address. I want to commend the President for his composure during that delivery despite the fact that some of us attempted to disrupt the Speech, which I thought was not in good order. This is especially when we have very senior Members of some political parties involved, who should be leading by example. He behaved like a true statesman and that should continue. Being a professional teacher, I can easily mark the Jubilee Government’s accomplishments and give a proper score. I am the best person to do that.
