"content": "that we pass the Bill as it is, but the Committee will convene a meeting with the stakeholders to propose some amendments. Among the issues we highlighted is “register”, which is not well defined in the Bill. We made a proposal that register be included in the rules and regulations. We also proposed that when these rules and regulations are formulated, they should be brought here for us to debate them. We should not leave the Ministry alone to formulate them without our contribution."
