Murkomen should be as enthusiastic as he was on this particular Bill and ensure that all the Bills that ought to come to this House are brought. We, as the Senate, give the commitment that we will rise to the occasion and do what is necessary within the shortest time possible so that the contribution of this House can be captured in the legislative process of this country."
