    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I thank the Mediation Committee that dealt with the Climate Change Bill. The Chair remembers that while in the Conference of Parties in France, one of the agenda was to have State parties pass legislation on climate change. We are now one of the first countries to have legislation. We shall tap on the funding that was proposed during the meeting in France."
