    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., who is knowledgeable in law, to propose to know which trees are good and which ones are not? The blue gum tree is an effective tree in cleaning up some of the areas that have got environmental challenges, like terrible swamps. In fact, the blue gum tree grows extensively in Australia, which is a highly forested country. It has also been known to grow in areas where other trees cannot grow because it fetches its own water. While I agree that there are some areas that perhaps the blue gum tree is not suitable for, it is not good to condemn a tree."
