    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I meant that we should do what the drafters of the Constitution appreciated, that the legislative arm of Government will legislate without implementation as an executive role. I think they clearly defined what we are supposed to do. It is only that we have refused to go by that because we are the ones who amend and prepare laws. All I am saying is, when you look at how Members have just debated the Fund, you feel that it is time, as a legislative arm, to come out and eal with our legislative agenda. I support."
