I wish to support the proposal given by the Senate Majority Leader because this matter is simply very important to the people of this country. If these questions will be asked by all of us, I am sure he might not be able to exhaustively answer most of them. I support, come Tuesday, if possible, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the Ministry of Devolution and Planning should come and answer most of the questions that will be asked by Members."
