    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to inform my good friend, the Senate Majority Leader, that immediately after the violence, a Committee was formed under the chairmanship of the former Permanent Secretary for Planning, Prof. Sambili. I was a Member of that Committee. A compilation was made of the IDPs. What appears to have happened is that the list that Senate Majority Leader may wish to have access to has continued to be amended and added fraudulently. Therefore, I want to inform my friend that a list exists but perhaps that has already been compensated, and I think this is a new list. If we are not careful, we will end up adding people who are not Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)."
