    "content": "astronomical loss are: NBK is a listed company regulated under the Capital Markets Act and as a bank, it is regulated by the CBK under the Banking Act. Section 33(b), (c) and (d) of the Capital Markets Act requires that any sensitive information of a listed company be disclosed only in such a manner that it is accessed or available to those likely to deal in securities, the public or all shareholders. At the same time, the release to some of the shareholders at the exclusion of all the others would contravene the Act as that many be deemed as inside information.
