    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, with due respect to the rulings you have made, I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I am, indeed, aware of the remaining part of the work. In your ruling last week, you ruled that the Committee should discharge its responsibility according to the law and the Standing Orders. I wish to bring to the attention of the House the fact that we have, indeed, met since Thursday last week non-stop. We had no weekends. We have been meeting until today morning. The remaining work, in my own estimation, may not be completed in the next 12 hours unless we are not expected to discharge our responsibility fully according to the Standing Orders."
