"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As I support the Petition, may I remind Hon. Chris Wamalwa that there is nothing wrong with pregnancy. He said it is a problem. Pregnancy takes place and it is part of the procreation as provided for in the Bible and in the Quran. I am sure the Chair and the members of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology will agree with me that there is the Universities (Amendment) Bill. In that Bill, there is a provision which deals with the election of the student leaders in all universities. The Bill is in Second Reading. I am sure when it comes to Third Reading, we will make some relevant amendments on the term limits and how the elections of the student unions are going to be conducted.
