    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, being aware of the need to establish a fertilizer factory in the country, noting the effort made so far by the Government of Kenya, both nationally and regionally, in setting up such a factory, conscious of the suffering of farmers for lack of readily, accessible and affordable agricultural inputs, especially fertilizer, appreciating the need to enhance productivity in order to ensure national food security; this House resolves that the Government takes immediate and urgent steps to establish a fertilizer factory in Kenya as soon as practically possible."
