    "content": "Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing:- (i) Intervenes to have the road re-carpeted and speed bumps erected at designated sections of the Kakamega-Mumias Road, particularly at Shibuli Market and other affected areas along the said road; and, (ii) Makes any other order and direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. And your Petitioners will forever pray."
